Jason Robertson is a registered patent attorney who has prepared and prosecuted patent applications, conducted searches and performed patent analysis in a wide variety of technologies, including electronics, mechanical, software, internet and business methods, manufacturing, gaming machines, and construction technologies. Mr. Robertson has also represented clients on other intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related licensing and contractual matters.

    EDUCATION


    Mr. Robertson has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
