Jonathan Rowell is a registered patent attorney who has prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications, conducted patent searches, and provided invalidity/non-infringement and freedom to operate studies. He also has a significant amount of experience working with foreign associates in various parts of the world in preparing and prosecuting foreign patent applications. His prosecution experience has been directed to a variety of electronic technologies. Additionally, Mr. Rowell has experience in patent litigation and patent licensing matters.

    Mr. Rowell worked as a Design Engineer for a start-up company designing high-speed circuits. He also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for a defense contractor designing communication systems for military applications.

    Mr. Rowell holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University, as well as a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
