Mark Tison is a registered patent attorney who primarily focuses his practice on domestic an international patent preparation and prosecution. Mr. Tison’s patent practice encompasses a wide range of technology in the electrical arts, including electrical power equipment and metering systems, electrical circuits, semiconductor devices, and data communications and networks. Mr. Tison also has experience in patent infringement and validity analysis, intellectual property litigation, and trademark prosecution. Additionally, Mr. Tison has guest lectured at the University of Texas at Austin on the subject of Patent Law.

    Mr. Tison has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where he obtained a Certificate in Intellectual Property (Patent Track) and participated in The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law.
