Naimpally is an attorney with over seventeen years of telecommunications experience at Bell-Northern Research, Northern Telecom, and Nortel Networks, as well as several years of patent prosecution experience. Mr. Naimpally has written and prosecuted patents related to software, firmware, hardware, networking, and business process methods.

PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Naimpally worked for seventeen years at Nortel Networks, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. During his career there, Mr. Naimpally was a software designer for seven years, writing software for a wide variety of technologies, including telecom switching and optical transmission equipment. Mr. Naimpally later became senior manager of wireless marketing for North America, advising senior executives at wireless companies regarding wireless network evolution.
EDUCATION
Mr. Naimpally received a Bachelor of Computer Science from Lakehead University in Ontario, Canada and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University.
